RETURN POLICY

We know that the perfect fit is key to dancing your best, which is why we offer a generous return policy on all eligible merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

 

Pointe shoes that have been sewn, broken in or customized are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We reccomend getting your teacher’s approval before sewing your shoes.

Items purchased under our Special Order Policy or from other retailers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Tights and undergarments are final sale.​ All discounted and sale items are final sale.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

If we do not have your item on hand, we will be glad to order it for you, subject to availability and delivery schedules. A non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit is required for orders of items we do not stock or have not fit, including size, color and strength variations.

MULTIPLE ITEMS & BULK ORDERS

We are happy to place multiple item orders or handle large group orders for studios and schools. A non-refundable, non-transferable 50% deposit is required for orders of more than three of any item, including pointe shoes. A discount may apply for large orders.

HOLD POLICY

Items will be held for 60 days from the date you are notified of its arrival. After 60 days, unclaimed items will be returned to stock and any payment made will be forfeited.​

​

Pointe shoes that are ordered and/or paid for in advance will be held for six months from the date you are notified of their arrival in store. After six months, unclaimed pointe shoes will be returned to stock and any payment made will be forfeited.

We will make two phone attempts to notify you when your item arrives. If you do not hear from us within the timeframes above, please call us at 714.377.9902.

FITTING FEE

Dance Threadz takes great pride in offering personalized, professional fittings with expertise and attention to detail. If you are not ready to purchase shoes at the time of your fitting, a $25 fitting fee may apply.
